What do you need from us to get started?
Three things: Google Business Profile access, Google Search Console access (or domain registrar access so we can set it up for you, which is a bonus), and website/CMS access. Without these we cannot begin.
What if our site is on RentCafe or another locked platform?
We work with whatever you have. We optimize what we can access directly, and for anything the platform won't allow, we deliver a prioritized Dev Handoff Document your team or vendor can implement. If the platform is too restrictive, that becomes a conversation about building something you actually control.
Do you guarantee results?
No. SEO and AI visibility are not guaranteed. What we do guarantee is the work: 40+ deliverables, 6-8 content pages, a fully optimized GBP, and a detailed results report. Our case studies show what's possible, but every market is different.
What happens after 90 days?
